Together with Grandfather Homes, we own 7 additional lots in an 18 lot subdivision on Lake Norman.  One the 7 lots is located on Lake Norman and the remaining 5 lots are not located on the water but have private boat slips located in the subdivision.

These lots will be developed based upon market demand.  Currently we are in discussion to build a custom house on lot #6.
