Wetherington to buy attractively priced assets that we can add value to and monetize at a significant return to our investors.  We use a thorough underwriting approach to effectively research, structure and finance each portfolio investment in order to unlock or maximize value.  To date, Saratoga Asset Management is developing or has developed and sold projects in excess of $38 million.
